If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with people, we want you on our team!Position Summary: We are hiring Telecallers to join our dynamic team. Your main role will be to connect with potential clients, explain our trading services, and help generate leads or convert prospects into customers.Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain our trading products and services clearly and effectively. Maintain customer details and feedback in the CRM.Follow up with interested leads and convert them to clients. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in [English & Arabic]. Basic knowledge or interest in trading/stock market is a plus. Ability to handle customer objections and queries politely. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
