JPC - 5779 (This job is for EMIRATIZATION) Job Title: ARABIC Tele - Caller Specialist Location: Abu Dhabi
Lead evaluation: Assess incoming leads to determine if they are qualified, meet predefined criteria, such as interest in the university, budget, timeline, age, programs, application deadline etc
Prospect communication: Engage with potential students/parents via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels to gather information and qualify them
Application and CAET registration: Nurture leads/students to apply for the offered programs and register for Combined Assessment Entrance Test (CAET)
Target: Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call targets (Tele calling, WhatsApp Ing, and Emailing) with prospect students and their parents Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand target audiences, lead requirements and to optimize lead generation strategies.
CRM management: Accurately document lead details, interaction, and qualification status in the CRM system.
Lead transition: Seamlessly pass qualified leads to the appropriate admission manager, providing them with all necessary context and information
Reporting and analysis: Track and report on lead qualification metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and provide feedback to improve processes
Participate in the schools and education fairs: Represent Institute in education fairs across UAE to promote our unique campus, programs, admission criteria to students and parents

Native Arabic speaker is a must preferably Emirati
Exceed student qualification and enrollment targets consistently
High organized, disciplined and respectful of others' time
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct research and gather information
Familiarity with google sheets, Excel, CRM software and lead management tools
Understanding of qualification process and how nurture students starting from grade 8-9 onward
Data analysis and reporting skills to build solid students' pipeline
