Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Telecaller
(female candidates preferred) with prior experience in real estate. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, following up with clients, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a fast-paced luxury real estate brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients
Introduce the company's services and available property listings
Maintain and update the CRM with lead details and call notes
Follow up on inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries
Assist in achieving weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred due to team composition
Languages - Fluency in English Urdu and Hindi are mandatory
6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate telecalling or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Positive attitude, team player, and goal-oriented
