The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing real estate projects, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets. This role plays a vital part in connecting clients with our property consultants and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers, tenants, and investors to promote real estate projects.
Handle inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and convert them into qualified leads.
Provide accurate information about properties, prices, and payment plans.
Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with call logs and feedback.
Follow up on leads consistently to ensure conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales departments to improve lead quality and closing rates.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer service representative (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good command of English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
