Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads. Introduce NHD Real Estate's property offerings and services. Generate quality leads for property sales and rentals. Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions. Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested clients. Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant phone etiquette and persuasive abilities. Prior experience in real estate telecalling or sales is a plus but not mandatory. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems). Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
