Telecaller
to join our real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with clients and supporting sales activities.Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads Introduce real estate services and property offerings Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team Follow up with clients and maintain accurate call records Handle inbound calls and respond to basic client inquiries Support the sales team with lead management and coordination
Requirements
Excellent communication skills Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records Goal-oriented, confident, and professional Real estate experience is an advantage but not required
