Key Responsibilities
Make outgoing calls to potential customers and schedule high-quality leads for the sales team.
Understand customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions.
Identify opportunities to upsell services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner.
Manage a large volume of outbound calls efficiently, meeting individual and team targets.
Demonstrate sales aptitude by asking for the next meeting and suggesting additional products or services.
Ensure a positive customer experience and build strong rapport with customers.
Make reminder calls to customers, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and complaints.
Communicate professionally in all interactions with both internal and external customers.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any stream.
1 - 3 years of relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
Familiarity with CRM and cloud telephony systems.
Customer-focused, with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Experience in a call center environment, particularly in UAE market.
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Fluent in spoken Hindi & English with proper grammar and fluency.
