Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Finserve's financial services
Handle inbound calls and client inquiries professionally
Explain products such as
Mortgage Advisory and Banking Solutions
Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads
Schedule meetings/appointments for relationship managers or advisors
Maintain accurate call records and client details in CRM systems
Follow up with interested clients to close leads
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
6 months to 1 year
experience as a Telecaller or Call Center Executive (Financial services preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to explain financial products clearly and confidently
Good listening and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Target-driven and self-motivated
Fluency in
English
(Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages is an advantage)
