We are looking for a professional and customer-focused
female Telecaller
who is fluent inArabic and English
. The role involves managing outbound calls, responding to WhatsApp inquiries, and maintaining accurate lead records.Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and actively engage with potential leads. Communicate with customers through calls and WhatsApp in
Arabic and English
. Share accurate information about courses, pricing, and schedules. Update leads and communication details in Excel or CRM systems. Follow up consistently to maximize sales conversions. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.Requirements
Female candidates only.
Fluent Arabic and English
- mandatory. Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM). Must beready to join immediately

Fixed salary:
