Job Description

As a Tele Caller at Growbox, you will play a pivotal role in our client acquisition process. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a passion for connecting with potential clients.

Responsibilities:



Managing and Maintaining Leads:

Efficiently organize and update lead databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Categorize leads based on priority and potential, contributing to a streamlined sales process.

Follow-ups:

Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and provide additional information as needed.
Utilize persuasive communication to encourage leads to move forward in the sales funnel.

Making Calls:

Initiate outbound calls to leads, introducing them to our products/services and addressing any queries they may have.
Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of choosing [Your Company Name].

Arranging Meetings:

Coordinate with potential clients to schedule meetings with our sales team.
Ensure timely and efficient communication to facilitate seamless meeting arrangements.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer service role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively. A positive and goal-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
