Hindi and Urdu speaker Job Overview We are looking for a results driven individual with excellent communication skills with a background in cold calling, to join our client company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be an essential part of our sales and customer support team. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to potential customers and engage with customers, answer their queries, and promote our offerings. Description of the Role - Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and provide detailed information about our offerings.
- Maintain a database of leads, calls, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone and email.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends.
- Prepare and submit reports on call activities and results. Requirements - Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi, Urdu and English
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
