Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller who can communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, flexible with working hours, and capable of handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and support professionally.
Languages Required (Mandatory):
English
Malayalam
Tamil
Hindi
Additional Languages:
Any other language will be considered an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Communicate clearly with customers in multiple languages
Explain company products and services to customers
Respond to customer inquiries via calls, messages, or written communication
Provide customer support and resolve basic issues or complaints
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers when required
Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related matters
Ensure polite, respectful, and professional communication at all times
Working Hours:
Company working timings will be discussed in the office
Candidate must be flexible and willing to work at any time as required by business needs
Requirements & Skills:
Fluency in English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi (mandatory)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to support customers beyond calls, including written communication
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage
Experience handling multilingual customers is a plus
