Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, service verification, and follow-ups. Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently. Maintain high-quality communication and represent the company with professionalism. Capture customer insights and share them with the team to improve services. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in English (spoken and written). Experience in customer service, telecalling, or related roles is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preference given to candidates on their own visa.
