Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and generate leads or inquiries.
Maintain and update customer data .
Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Proficiency in Hindi is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing are a plus).
