Job description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Team Lead with a strong background in the FinTech or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a tele sales team, driving performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the tele sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Manage and distribute incoming leads efficiently, ensuring quick follow-ups and conversions.
Train team members on sales scripts, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer communication.
Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
Ensure adherence to compliance, quality checks, and company sales processes.
Resolve escalations, improve customer experience, and handle critical client calls when required.
Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and sales workflow.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of tele sales experience, with at least 1 year in a Team Lead role.
Mandatory experience in FinTech/Loans/Credit/Financial services.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
