Now, we're looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Team Lead to guide, motivate, and grow our inside sales team.
The Role:
As our Tele Sales Team Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our sales team -- coaching reps, hitting targets, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our passion for travel. You'll split your time between making calls, mentoring team members, and collaborating with marketing and operations to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 4-8 tele-sales representatives.
Monitor KPIs: conversion rates, average order value, call quality, and daily targets.
Conduct daily huddles, weekly 1:1s, and performance reviews.
Make outbound/inbound sales calls to high-value prospects and existing customers.
Collaborate with marketing to refine scripts, offers, and campaigns.
Identify coaching opportunities and implement performance improvement plans.
Report weekly on team performance, trends, and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What You Bring:
1-2 years of tele-sales experience in the travel, tourism, or holidays industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team (formal or informal leadership welcome!).
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), dialers, and Google Workspace.
Self-motivated with strong time management -- you thrive in a remote environment.
Passion for travel and helping others discover amazing destinations.
