Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and persuasive

Tele Sales Specialist

to join our team in promoting and selling tourism packages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for the travel and tourism industry. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries. Present, promote, and sell tourism packages (holiday packages, group tours, customized trips, etc.). Understand customer needs and offer suitable travel solutions. Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and bookings. Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business. Stay updated on company products, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

tele sales / call center sales

(experience in

tourism/travel sales

is a plus). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with the ability to handle objections. Basic knowledge of tourism packages, destinations, and travel products. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
