to join our business setup consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in converting leads into clients by offering expert guidance on company formation, mainland and free zone setups, licensing, and other business services in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database or inbound inquiries.
Understand client requirements and provide detailed information on business setup options in Dubai and across the UAE.
Effectively present and promote the company's services including trade license issuance, visa services, PRO services, and bank account assistance.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with the Business Setup Advisors and Client Relations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
Stay up to date with UAE business laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales - preferably in the business setup or related industry in the UAE.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of UAE free zone and mainland company formation is a strong advantage.
