Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on previous contacts and close sales.
Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
