Assist in following up on leads and inquiries generated through online platforms.
Maintain client records and update lead tracking sheets.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
Support the preparation of proposals and quotations when required.
Learn and implement effective sales communication techniques.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training provided).
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
Fluent in English (Hindi or Arabic is an advantage).
