Job Description

We are looking for Telesales Representative in healthcare who is responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients in the healthcare sector, and selling healthcare products or services. They also identify client needs, deliver compelling sales pitches, and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generating Leads:

Identifying potential clients and creating a pipeline of prospects.

Outbound Calling:

Making outbound calls to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to promote products and services.

Sales Presentations:

Delivering persuasive sales pitches to introduce healthcare solutions and build interest.

Needs Assessment:

Identifying the specific needs of potential clients and tailoring solutions accordingly.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Meeting Sales Targets:

Achieving and exceeding sales quotas and goals.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service and support to both prospective and existing clients.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport and effectively conveying information.

Sales Skills:

Experience in sales, particularly telesales, is highly desirable.

Product Knowledge:

Understanding of healthcare products and services, as well as the competitive landscape, is necessary.

Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.

Customer Service:

Strong customer service skills are essential for building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer programs.

Education:

A high school diploma is typically required, with a bachelor's degree being a plus.

Experience:

Some experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related role is often preferred.
