Tele Sales Executive
who can confidently handle patient inquiries and convert leads into appointments.Key Responsibilities
Make and receive calls to promote clinic services and manage client inquiries. Convert leads into confirmed appointments through effective communication and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system. Work closely with the front desk and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Support marketing campaigns and patient engagement initiatives. Meet monthly targets while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
inmedical telesales or healthcare customer service
(clinic, hospital, or call center).Fluent in both Arabic and English
(spoken and written). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Proficient inMicrosoft Office and CRM systems
. Positive, professional, and able to work in afast-paced environment
. All nationalities are welcome to apply. Candidates familiar withLevantine Arabic (Lebanese, Syrian, or Iraqi dialects)
