Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers and investors to promote real estate projects.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs, investment preferences, and budgets.
Maintain and update the CRM system with all client information, follow-ups, and call notes.
Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team.
Provide prospective clients with detailed project information--location, pricing, payment plans, and developer background.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, property portals, social media, and referrals.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
Work closely with sales consultants to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
