Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
female sales executive
to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential or commercial properties, guiding clients through the buying and selling process, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential/commercial real estate properties to prospective clients
Conduct site visits and property tours with clients
Understand client needs and provide suitable property options
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings
Maintain knowledge of current real estate market trends and property listings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate deals and close sales
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, sales, and client interactions
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or similar industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Presentable, confident, and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
Must have a valid driver's license
