  • Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce the company's real estate services and generate leads.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to promote real estate properties.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on their preferences and budget.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings and follow up with clients to ensure smooth property transactions.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs related to lead generation and closed deals.
  • Provide detailed information on available properties, including pricing, location, and amenities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, property developments, and competitor activities.
