Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
Personal Assistant Duties:
Provide administrative support to the manager or executive (calendar management, travel bookings, meeting coordination, etc.).
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the manager.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Assist in day-to-day office operations and coordination.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales or customer service.
Prior experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
