SAMS Real Estate is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller with a background in real estate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record of client engagement through telecalling.

The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential buyers and sellers, promoting open houses, and assisting clients with property inquiries to drive sales and listings.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers from the company's database. Promote upcoming open house events and encourage client participation. Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions and feedback. Provide accurate information regarding properties, prices, and market trends. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of tele calling experience in the real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with real estate market trends in Dubai is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
