Job Summary:

IDS Solution is hiring a skilled and proactive

Retention and Telecalling Executive

to support our customer engagement and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in

telecalling, retention

, or

customer service

, preferably within

Etisalat or Du channel partner

programs. This role is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth through effective communication and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure

customer satisfaction and loyalty

Implement

customer retention strategies

and handle objections professionally Make

50-100 outbound calls

daily to existing and prospective customers Manage

inbound queries

and provide accurate, timely support Recommend relevant

products and services

based on customer needs Communicate

promotions and updates

via phone or other channels Record all call details, follow-ups, and feedback in

CRM or Excel

Meet and exceed

daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Support

cross-selling and up-selling

initiatives Collaborate with

sales, marketing, and customer support teams

Prepare reports on

retention and telecalling performance

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

1 year experience

in

telecalling, retention, or customer service

Prior experience with

Etisalat/Du channel partners

is a strong advantage Strong

verbal and written communication skills

Must be fluent in

Urdu and/or Hindi

(female candidates preferred) Proficiency in

CRM systems or Excel

for data entry and tracking Confident, target-driven, and customer-oriented Ability to handle both

inbound and outbound calls

effectively Strong

team collaboration

and follow-up skills
