Cezcon Solutions LLC, a growing provider of software solutions in the UAE, is looking to hire a
Tele calling Sales Executive
. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in software sales. Basic knowledge of CRM applications will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote software solutions and generate leads
Follow up with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Schedule product demos or meetings for the customers
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up status
Coordinate closely with the internal sales and technical teams
Meet daily/weekly tele calling and lead generation targets
Skills & Experience Required:
Education:
Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
Minimum
1 year of UAE experience
in tele calling or tele sales
Familiarity with software solutions or
CRM applications
is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and general digital tools
Languages:
Proficiency in
English, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam
.
Nationality:
Indians preferred
Immediate joiners required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary:
AED 2,500.00 - AED 3,000.00
