Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
Explain products and services to potential customers
Maintain call logs and update client databases
Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion
Assist the sales team with administrative and communication tasks
Requirements
Languages:
English, Hindi, Tagalog (Fluent)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in outbound telecalling/telesales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
Confident, organized, and target-oriented
