We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive
Telecaller
to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, generating leads, and booking appointments for our sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to potential leads and existing database.
Explain company formation and related services (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore).
Identify client needs and suggest suitable business setup packages.
Book appointments or transfer hot leads to senior sales consultants.
Maintain and update CRM with call outcomes and follow-up schedules.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Telecaller or Telesales Representative
(1-3 years preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in
English
(Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
Familiarity with CRM systems and call scripts.
Knowledge of UAE business setup processes is an advantage (training provided).
Goal-oriented, proactive, and persuasive personality.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
