Tele caller cum Customer Relations Officer (CRO) - Pharmacy Coordination
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tele caller cum Customer Relation Assistant who will coordinate exclusively with internal pharmacy branches, Purchase department and store teams. The role involves handling calls between branches, updating stock requirements, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth communication within the pharmacy network.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Coordination
Handle calls/ Emails from pharmacy branches regarding stock requirements, product availability, and order follow-ups.
Coordinate between the central store, purchasing team, and branches for daily operational updates.
Assist in communicating important instructions, circulars, and updates to all pharmacy locations.
Stock & Order Support
Collect stock requests from branches and forward them to the concerned department.
Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and supplier updates.
Track product movement and ensure timely communication about shortages or substitutions.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma in Pharmacy (Required)
