to support daily operational activities and manage customer communications in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating operations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner
Assist customers with service details, quotations, schedules, and basic documentation
Coordinate with internal operations, sales, and finance teams
Maintain accurate operational records, customer data, and reports
Monitor service progress and proactively update customers
Support order processing, follow-ups, and issue resolution
Assist with billing coordination and documentation as required
Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE operational standards
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Degree preferred)
2 years' experience in operations or customer support (logistics/shipping experience is an advantage)
Good command of
English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, email)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong communication and organizational skills
