The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing business opportunities for Hexture's digital solutions, including administrative communication systems, asset management, committees & meeting management, document management, and other digital transformation products. The role includes generating leads, managing the sales cycle, preparing proposals, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, social media, visits, and networking.
Follow up with potential clients and convert opportunities into sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate Hexture solution.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions.
Coordinate with the technical team to deliver demos and solution presentations.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewal.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report regularly on progress.
Represent Hexture professionally in meetings, events, and presentations.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or SaaS solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in lead generation and B2B sales.
Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
