Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse teams to create and introduce new products and features.
• Recognize both functional and performance-based needs, and accurately document them in a clear, concise, and complete manner on schedule.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with team members, exchanging written requirements, delivery timelines, and release notes promptly.
• Explain complex technical ideas to those without a technical background in an understandable manner.
• Partner closely with leaders and managers in technology product roles to outline, prioritize, and meet product requisites on schedule.
• Transform technical needs into user stories and detailed specifications for development squads in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure that product needs are achievable from a technical standpoint within the given time frame.
• Thoroughly assess and validate product development to confirm quality and ease.
• Assist in launching products, contributing to activities like crafting product documentation and providing training within set timelines.
• Monitor how products are used, their performance, and pinpoint possibilities for enhancement within established timeframes.
• Serve as a go-to resource and help support and product operations teams in resolving crucial problems promptly.
• Conduct research and analysis of the market to pinpoint customer needs and prevailing trends within appropriate timeframes.
• Skillful at embracing changes in consumer behavior and swiftly acquiring proficiency in new technologies.
• Proficiency in web technologies, knowledge of SEO best practices, and familiarity with web analytics tools.
• Enthusiastic about keeping pace with industry trends and translating innovative ideas into reality.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT field.
• Over 2 years of practical experience in technical product management, software development, or a related domain.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Good understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated collaboration proficiency with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Possesses active listening skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and keen attention to detail.
• Exhibits a proactive attitude as an essential approach.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving competencies.
• Solid comprehension and experience with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with T-SQL and Database development.
• Knowledgeable about various forms of software testing.
• A plus: Proficiency in UX/UI concepts.
• A plus: Background in delivering mobile and web application products.
