Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Technology Manager to lead our IT operations and drive digital transformation across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a robust and secure IT environment, delivering new technology initiatives, and guiding a small team of IT professionals to support the institution's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud services.
Lead cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance efforts.
Plan, deliver and oversee digital transformation projects and new technology rollouts.
Manage relationships with vendors, oversee IT budgets, and handle service agreements.
Lead, mentor and develop the IT team to ensure reliable day-to-day support.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline; master's degree preferred.
5-8 years of IT management experience within the UAE market.
Strong technical knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity best practices, and ITIL processes.
Proven track record of leading IT teams and delivering technology projects on time.
