Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology enablement for new business developments, dealership launches, acquisitions, and market expansions within Al-Futtaim Automotive
• Act as the primary technology interface for business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with target architecture and enterprise standards
• Ensure all expansion business cases include comprehensive technology rollout plans integrated into budgets and timelines
• Coordinate technology rollout across ERP, infrastructure, digital platforms, and operational systems for new and existing automotive businesses
• Drive standardization of the Automotive technology stack to improve scalability, efficiency, and repeatability across markets
• Collaborate with Brand Managing Directors, Business Development teams, and delivery partners to ensure secure and compliant technology implementations
• Establish and improve cross-functional delivery processes to support consistent and efficient execution
• Support M and A technology due diligence and post-merger integration activities where required

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Systems
• 8 to 12 years of experience in IT delivery, enterprise technology integration, or large-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of Automotive Retail and Distribution operations, including dealership processes
• Proven experience leading multi-domain technology programs across ERP, infrastructure, and digital platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and deliver outcomes under time pressure
• Experience supporting business or market expansion programs within large, multi-brand organizations
