We are looking for an experienced and proactive Regional Technical Delivery Director to join our Dubai office. In our minds, Directors provide vision, driving the evolution of delivery practices and ensuring excellence in every aspect of our delivery to clients - from strategy to shipping. If you choose to join us, you will lead by doing, mentor with generosity and simplify the complex. You will be responsible for the success of the delivery team in the region, improving overall delivery and profitability, collaborating across practices, setting up and running programs, overseeing a range of projects, and managing the day-to-day on one or more projects, as part of a highly-skilled digital team. You\'ll be adept at delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for your team, planning at a higher level, and getting into the details to make things happen when needed. You will have a commercial mindset, recognizing and driving growth opportunities within your clients

What you\'ll do:

• You will develop strategic, long-term Delivery excellence across the MENA and Singapore region, with core focus in Dubai and Saudi Arabia
• Contribute to the overall GTM for PMO and Agile as a Service for Monstarlab in both these regions
• Secure and grow trusted relationships with clients
• Coach and Mentor the Delivery teams on the ground through strong mentorship into the ways we Delivery excellent Projects
• Support pre-sales teams access Monstarlab to build proposals based on the industry best practice ways to deliver
• You will formulate and articulate complex delivery strategies and workable, tactical plans

• You will oversee commercial governance across our portfolio of projects, training all Delivery team members in commercial best practices and reporting numbers on a frequent basis to the Delivery head for International markets
• You are not set in one process or way of thinking, but use exactly the right skills to solve our clients\' challenges.
• You will be core to decisions that build high-performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking

Key responsibilities, skills, and experience you will need to succeed in this role:

• Lead and contribute to the delivery strategy, be a delivery expert the team can draw on to determine the most appropriate approaches and methodologies
• Demonstrable commercial awareness and governance over standard project management KPIs such as forecasted revenue, margin & utilisation
• Clearly communicate delivery direction to others and be \'in the work\' yourself
• Be organized, approachable, self-motivated, ambitious, curious
• Support in evolving and codifying our Delivery practice, deliver projects using the appropriate delivery methodology, learn and iterate frequently, and coach others to do so
• Set the bar of what great Programme Management looks like, ensuring quality and attention to detail are embedded throughout our project work

Setting direction

• Leading planning and road mapping of projects and programs of work, including kick-offs and ongoing workshops
• Collaborate closely with the project team to keep the focus on working in a rational sequence following an agreed approach
• Spot warning signs of things going wrong and provide a decisive response to significant delivery challenges
• You will be a point of escalation and will be expected to act for the good of the team and the client
• Play an active part in new business development, coaching the team on possible and recommended approaches, including setting direction for delivery, pitching to present ideas, recommendations, and estimates, and being heavily involved in Procurement conversations/processes, including written responses
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process to set the project up for success, prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team - taking a \'whole agency\' view and contributing actively to agency capacity and demand planning and commercial profitability targets
• Ensuring that methodologies/frameworks and governance required are implemented and effectively running across all projects

Decision making

• Analyze and evaluate pros and cons and identify risks, to make decisions that take account of the wider context of a project
• Identify the correct point for escalation and action, make considered recommendations to escalation points
• Identify the main issues in complex problems and work to clarify understanding or expectations, to seek the best options, pragmatically weighing the complexities involved against the need to act
• Push decision making to the right level within teams to encourage innovation, delivery excellence, and ownership within the team
• Escalate to the Head of Delivery when required

Governance and quality

• Make clear, pragmatic, and manageable plans for program or project delivery, using appropriate disciplines
• Establish and manage the robust governance for programs and projects, including RACI, dependency mapping, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting
• Coach the team through understanding new or adjusted practices introduced into the project or product life cycle
• Review, challenge and adjust performance levels to ensure quality outcomes are delivered on time
• Get the best out of people by giving enthusiastic and encouraging messages about priorities, objectives, and expectations
• Exemplify positive client service behaviors and promote a culture focused on ensuring client needs are met, put yourself in the client\'s shoes
• Ensuring that agreed processes are always stuck to properly, including running retros\' and identifying learnings, and feeding these back in to make sure the learnings are moved forward to positively evolve future deliveries
• Ensuring all operational processes and checkpoints are adhered to and formal commercial documentation (legal) are signed and stored for easy access
• Clear and pro-active reporting

Leading and communicating

• Be visible to your teams and our clients, regularly undertake activities to engage and build trust with the team, the client, and the stakeholders
• Confidently engage with clients and colleagues at all levels to generate a commitment to goals, build relationships with senior clients

• Compile and report on all projects running in the region, their health/status, financials, risks, operational status and escalation points

Specialist skills and requirements:

• Demonstrable commercial acumen, with excellent written and numerical skills
• Own and Manage the Profitability for all our Projects, and the Account portfolios
• Look at the standard reporting across this region for all Portfolios measured against specific KPIs
• You will be highly experienced in writing Statements of Work, project approaches, and proposals, in long-form
• Expertise in estimating, scoping, and delivering large scale digital projects and products, using a variety of techniques
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• You may be required to go into client organizations, as part of delivery teams and set up delivery practices, governance and routines on site for periods of time, or coach others to do so.
