The position requires the candidate to:

Play a pivotal role in implementing FIS Balance Sheet Manager (BSM) Solution and its various modules including Asset & Liability Management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Liquidity Risk Management (LRM), Market Risk and ECL/IFRS9.

As part of the delivery team, perform client requirements gathering workshops, put together statements of work (SoWs) and project plans, performing data mapping/requirements workshops, do product configuration as per client requirements, build custom reports, guide and assist client in performing data validation & reconciliation testing, system integration testing and User Acceptance testing, deliver training and presentations and put together be-spoke custom documentation as per the client needs.

Assist with ongoing support questions from client base

Assist pre-sales in preparing and delivering product presentations and demos to prospect clients

Ability to manage and deliver functional areas of the project single handedly

Ability to handle more than one project at a time

Ability to train other team members

Share industry best practices followed globally with clients and other team members

Research latest regulations/reports in the regulatory area of balance sheet management

Identify the impact of the changes to the FIS Balance Sheet Manager Solution

Position Requirements

Essential: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent

Desirable: Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent

5+ year experience of working in a financial institution or software solution/consulting vendor in the domain of Risk/Balance Sheet management

Knowledge of risk management and financial instruments

Excellent knowledge of the Asset and Liability Management, Liquidity Risk Management, Funds Transfer Pricing, Market Risk and Expected Credit Loss/IFRS9.

Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem solving

Good level of competency in SQL scripting, Microsoft SQL Server Database and Analysis Services

Decent report building skills using Excel and pivot tables

Good communication skills (orally and in writing) and decent presentation skills

Fluency in English

Good time management

40%-50% Travel, predominantly in the Middle East region

Added Bonus if you have

FRM/PRM or equivalent certificates (added advantage)

Working experience in Banks \xe2\x80\x93 Asset Liability Management or Risk Management Division

Knowhow of FIS Balance Sheet Manager Product

Knowhow and experience of using/implementing of balance sheet management solution from other vendors
