A leading military-based company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Techno-Functional Epicor Specialist to support, maintain, and optimize the Epicor ERP system across departments. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding to align business processes with ERP capabilities, particularly in secure and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and customize Epicor ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.) based on business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure ERP alignment with operational goals.
Develop dashboards, reports, BPMs, and BAQs within Epicor.
Provide end-user training and technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Ensure system integrity, data security, and compliance with military-grade IT protocols.
Work closely with IT and business leadership on ERP upgrades, patches, and integration projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience with
Epicor ERP
, including both technical and functional roles.
Proficiency in Epicor tools: BAQ, BPM, SSRS, and customization.
Experience in defense, manufacturing, or high-security environments preferred.
Strong understanding of business processes in logistics, procurement, and finance

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
