Techno-Commerical Sales Manager We are a reputed IT/Technology focused Sales & Distribution company spread across Middle East and Africa. We are looking for a Techno-Commerical Sales Manager to manage our UAE accounts. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Completes sales operational requirements by coordinating with the Finance and Logistics teams; and following up on work results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
This is a full time role and you will be required to travel for business meetings. Driving license is mandatory for eligible candidates. Employee compensation includes base salary, standard allowances and sales commission upon meeting the sales targets each month. Sales Manager Qualifications/Skills:

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Technology or business administration
Technically proficient. Candidates with an IT sales background are preferred.
Two to three years of experience as sales manager
Proven track record of positive sales performance
