A leading contracting company in UAE specializes in Innovative Solutions and services in

Telecommunication & IT Networks, Security Solutions, Managed Services and Outsource Solutions is looking to recruit Technicians for Air Conditioning work at Telecom access mobile sites in UAE

Job Purpose:-

To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all types of air conditioning systems installed at telecom access mobile sites, ensuring optimal environmental conditions for network equipment and reliable site operation

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology (or equivalent) from Reputed Institute. Minimum 4 to 5 Years of experience in UAE/GCC. Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with all AC types (package, split, window, central, in built cabinet).

Familiarity with telecom shelter cooling systems and DC plant (rectifiers & battery banks).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.

Language: Basic English communication skills (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

Demonstrates proficiency in the day-to-day operation and maintenance routines of Access Network Maintenance systems. Performs fault diagnosis investigations and carries out rectification tasks as per Procedures /standards of Manufacturers, Suppliers and Corporate policies and guidelines of Etisalat. Attends to shift/call-out/remote-station duties on 24x7 basis as assigned. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of various types of air conditioning units including package, split, window, central, and inbuilt cabinet ACs. Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and servicing of AC systems to ensure reliable operation and energy efficiency. Diagnose faults, replace defective components, and restore AC systems to proper working condition. Monitor and maintain temperature and humidity levels within telecom shelters and enclosures. Ensure compliance with safety standards and site access procedures. Have basic knowledge of telecom site equipment, shelter layouts, and associated electrical systems. Possess good understanding of DC power systems, including rectifiers and batteries used at telecom access sites. Assist in troubleshooting site power or cooling alarms when required. Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in proper working order. Other relevant Requirements
a) Willingness to travel to multiple sites across the region including offshore.

b) Ability to work independently and handle emergency calls after hours if required.
