Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced

Air Conditioning Technician

to join our maintenance team in a

residential building

in

Dubai

. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of all types of AC units, ensuring tenant comfort and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and maintain various air conditioning systems (Split-type, Window, Package, and Centralized) Diagnose and repair faults related to HVAC equipment Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and building regulations Maintain detailed service records and submit reports Attend to emergency breakdowns and tenant service requests promptly Work collaboratively with the building maintenance team

Qualifications:

Minimum

2-3 years

of experience as an Aircon Technician, preferably in

residential or facility maintenance

in the UAE or GCC Diploma/Certificate in HVAC or Air Conditioning Technology Knowledge of

electrical, mechanical, and control systems

in HVAC Familiar with UAE safety standards and local building codes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

GCC experience and valid UAE driving license

are a plus Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and handling equipment
