We are seeking an experienced

Fire & Safety Technician

to join our facilities team. The role involves routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire safety systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire hoses, and emergency exits. Test and service fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, smoke detectors, and fire panels. Ensure full compliance with local civil defense and safety codes. Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and generate compliance reports. Support HSE teams during fire drills and safety audits. Respond to emergency situations and perform basic troubleshooting.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or Fire Safety Engineering. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in fire safety systems. Familiar with NFPA, Civil Defense standards, and QCDD regulations (if in Qatar). Valid QID and transferable visa preferred.

Fire Alarm Technician

to install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire detection and alarm systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Installation and wiring of fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, manual call points, and sounders. Perform system testing, fault finding, and programming of control panels. Carry out routine maintenance in accordance with QCDD/NFPA standards. Coordinate with ELV and MEP teams on system integration and handover. Document service reports and assist in QCDD inspections or approvals.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or related discipline. 3+ years of relevant experience in fire alarm systems. Hands-on experience with panels such as Honeywell, Simplex, or Siemens. Knowledge of QCDD regulations and certification is a plus. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
