Technician Mechanical & Water Systems Plumbing
Job Description
Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing Identify required tools and special equipment Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures Assemble and install valves and fittings Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping, and controls Install, repair, and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded. Analyzing and problem-solving skills Decision-making skills honest and trustworthy possess cultural awareness and sensitivity flexible Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing work.
