Technician | Al Futtaim Automotive | FAMCO - Winch & Hoist

Overview of the role:

Are you a skilled technician with a passion for industrial equipment? We\'re seeking an experienced Industrial Products Service Technician to take on the responsibility of servicing, overhauling, and troubleshooting a range of Ingersoll Rand brand equipment, including Air Winches, Man Riders, Hoists, Tools, and BOP Hoists.

What you will do:

Revenue and Contribution: Contribute to achieving Service Labor and Total Service Revenue targets.
Product Knowledge: Possess adequate knowledge of Ingersoll-Rand pneumatic Tools, Hoists, and Winches, with a focus on troubleshooting Air Winches. Demonstrate proficiency in the mechanical aspects of the products.
On-Site Work: Be prepared to work on end users\' sites and in field settings.
Service & Team Support: Embrace a positive attitude and actively collaborate with the team, serving as a key team member. Assist in service-related tasks and excel in report generation with strong English communication skills.
Customer Care: Commit to delivering the highest level of customer care and aim to achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) objectives for service operations.
