Technicians (Shift Work)

.

Successful candidates will undergo an intensive

6-month training program

at our

Jebel Ali facility

before being assigned to either

Jebel Ali

or

Al Taweelah

operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain industrial equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Support production teams during shift operations. Adhere to EGA's safety, environmental, and quality standards. Participate actively in the training and skill development programs.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or equivalent in Technical/Engineering fields (preferred).

Age:

20 to 30 years.

Gender:

Open to both male and female candidates.

English Proficiency:

Good communication skills (English language test will be conducted prior to interview).

National Service:

Grade 2 to 4 (applicable to UAE Nationals).

Employment Status:

Applicants must be currently

unemployed (job seekers)

Compensation & Benefits:

Training Period (6 months - Jebel Ali):

AED

18,000/month

Post-Training Salary:

AED

16,000/month

(at Al Taweelah or Jebel Ali) Additional

bonuses, allowances, and salary increments

after successful completion of the training program.
