Job Description

:

Provide expert-level oversight and guidance for all rope access NDT operations Develop and approve comprehensive inspection plans, procedures, and techniques for complex projects Perform the most advanced and critical NDT inspections using rope access methods Interpret and analyze complex NDT data to identify, evaluate, and characterize defects Make critical decisions regarding the integrity and serviceability of inspected structures/components Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Rope Access Level 1 and 2 NDT technicians Ensure all rope access and NDT work is conducted in full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Liaise with project engineers, managers, and clients to provide technical recommendations and support Maintain expertise in the latest NDT technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

Rope Access Level 3 certification Rope Access Supervisor - IRATA level 3 qualified to PCN L 3.2 Group 3.2 or ASNT level II UT, PT & Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders Ability to work safely and effectively in the most challenging industrial environments

Experience:

A level 3 Team Leader will be capable of carrying out advanced rope access techniques in order to gain access to the work areas, in a safe manner using a mix of rope access skills that have been learned during training and developed as experience is gained to carry out the primary role. * Min 10 years experience required in Oil & Gas experience is considered
