The Technician - Room Care will be responsible for executing room repairs and preventative maintenance, ensuring guest satisfaction, and minimizing equipment downtime. Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and resolve guestroom maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
• Conduct room inspections and perform basic electrical, plumbing, and furniture repairs
• Respond to guest inquiries courteously and resolve complaints related to room care
• Complete assigned work orders and document all tasks in maintenance logs
• Use appropriate tools and request parts from stores, maintaining usage records
• Report visible damages to supervisors and suggest corrective measures

Reporting & MIS

• Ensure timely documentation of maintenance tasks and inspections
• Maintain accurate reports of tool and part usage

Governance & Standards

• Adhere to hotel safety protocols and building standards
• Follow brand guidelines and internal operational policies

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role in a 5-star hotel
• Secondary education required; vocational training or trade certifications preferred
• Technical proficiency in basic repairs, electrical work, and hotel systems
• Computer literacy for logging and reporting maintenance issues
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
