Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-end housekeeping training programs for domestic staff (housekeepers, maids, nannies), based on 5-star hotel methodologies. Teach luxury cleaning standards, including proper room care, laundry handling, ironing techniques, and premium fabric care. Train staff on professional organization, meticulous detailing, and time-efficient workflows for elite households. Demonstrate correct use of premium cleaning products, eco-friendly solutions, and high-end equipment. Coach staff on discretion, etiquette, and presentation expected in upscale residences. Conduct practical assessments and provide feedback to ensure trainees meet elite household expectations. Adapt hotel-level hygiene and sanitation protocols for private home environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of experience in 5-star hotel housekeeping (supervisory or trainer roles preferred). Proven ability to train domestic staff (housekeepers, maids, or nannies) to luxury standards. Exceptional eye for detail - must demand perfection in cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Strong communication & patience - able to simplify complex standards for diverse learners. Knowledge of high-end cleaning products, stain removal, and delicate surface care. Professional, polished demeanor with strong emphasis on confidentiality and discretion. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages a plus). Based in Dubai with flexibility to train staff in different locations.
